Bio: Phasemaster is a theatrical supervillain with a taste for dramatics and mysterious charm to put the Phantom of the Opera to shame. If his high collar cape and futuristic supersuit with enough color to blend in at a funeral doesn't already give him away, Phase is a character not to be under-estimated despite his over-the-top flair. Having a way with words and enough greater ambitions to make him more dangerous than the common thief or troublemaker, Phasemaster will have you believing he has had a change of heart, before turning on you the instant your back is turned. Not too much is known about this supervillain currently, only that he is not to be trusted despite his alluring personality.
